They have NO real estate brokers or agents who work for their company. They are a middleman (wholesaler) and they don’t get properties sold as promised. I wanted a quicker sale due to health issues so I could move out of state to get better medical care. My former realtor set me up for this by low balling my listing price and then wanting to buy it themselves to flip it. This is business where it is hard to trust anyone. They said they had investors to buy it but what happened after the fact told me that was not true. I just want out of the contract now. Trust is gone.

Alejandro and Abran were amazing to work with! I was in pre-foreclosure and about to lose my home, but they stepped in and made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. They helped me avoid a hit on my credit and guided me through every step of the sale. They were never pushy, always worked on my timeline, and were genuinely friendly and understanding the whole way through. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for someone honest and helpful to sell your home!

TOTAL SCAM!! This Company and their representative, Alejandro Mandujano, signed a contract to buy my home in February of 2025. The closing date on the contract was April 26th of 2025. That date came and went, and we started to hear a completely different story from Alejandro. He started speaking as though he were our realtor, which was never in any agreement that we nor he signed or presented. He stated complaining that he would lose money on the property, which was not possible, as the property was valued at far above the agreed upon price.
I was using this service due to the fact I I was going through a difficult time medically and I wanted to move out of state in a timely manner without the hassle of a traditional sale. (Showings etc).
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I am in the process of reporting them to the Arizona board of realtors for fraudulently representing themselves.
