NextLeap has genuinely changed my life. When I joined, I was completely confused about my career direction. I knew I didn’t want to stay in a purely technical role, but I had no clarity on what I actually wanted to do. Today, I’m working in CheQ as an APM, and for the first time in my life, I can confidently say that I know my path. Arindam was never just an instructor. He was a mentor, a guide, and a constant pillar of support. The patience, trust, and belief he showed in me especially when I was doubting myself made all the difference. From building clarity to building confidence, this journey gave me much more than a job. It gave me direction.On paper, this might look like one more placement, but for me, it’s a complete transformation. I can finally write the truth on my resume and feel proud of it.
