I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Next Level Funded regarding a daily drawdown breach that I believe was incorrectly calculated.
According to the breach report, my equity supposedly exceeded the daily drawdown limit by about $6. However, my trade history for that day shows a loss of approximately $1,096, which was still below my daily limit of $1,122. The discrepancy seems to come from a $32 difference between the balance at the daily reset ($28,021) and the reported high water mark ($28,053), which caused the system to calculate a larger drawdown than what my actual trades reflect.
On top of that, a swap of $169 was included in my loss even though I only had a 1 lot position open, which significantly impacted the daily drawdown calculation.
What makes the situation even more frustrating is that this happened just one day before my payout, after weeks of disciplined trading. Earlier that same week, the company was also performing maintenance on their servers and website, which could have affected the platform during that period.
I contacted support immediately and the case was escalated, but it has now been 5 days and I still have not received any concrete explanation regarding the discrepancy between the reported breach and the losses shown in my trade history.
That’s a real shame, because before this incident I was genuinely looking forward to working with Next Level Funded over the long term. Unfortunately, after this experience, I cannot picture myself recommending them to other traders.

I would like to add an important clarification regarding the discrepancy.
From my observations, there appears to be a mismatch between the balance used at the daily reset and the high watermark referenced in the drawdown calculation. These values do not align, which suggests that the starting point for the day may not have been calculated consistently.
Because of this, the discrepancy in the drawdown seems to have been present from the beginning of the trading day, rather than being caused by intraday floating PnL.
Additionally, my total realized loss for the day, including swap, remains below the daily drawdown limit. The remaining difference of approximately $30 does not correspond to any trade or identifiable charge in my activity.
This is why I believe the issue may be related to how the reset or drawdown calculation was handled, rather than the trading itself.
