I was a booster for this site and was put off by the other 1 star reviews claiming this site was scamming their customers / boosters and faking their 5 star reviews, but I still decided to give it a try. needless to say I wish I listened to the other 1 star reviews calling them scammers. I completed the order and when I asked for payment they kicked me from the boosting server and blocked me.

They scam boosters+ customers, owe me 200$ for lol orders I completed, they have also scammed many other boosters I know and work with, these 5 stars are faked, listen to the 1stars

Scammers. They take your money and run. Do not work or buy from them. They have something coming for them.

I placed an order yesterday for the DUO PLAY service for Dota 2 and I payed it off right away expecting the support team to contact me for more information about the service + (my booster). Today, I go on the nextlvl.gg website and it says 'error' on the order status, meanwhile the payment was fully completed and nobody got in touch with me about it from their support team, and I haven't received a refund for it. Don't believe what they say cause most of the positive reviews about these people are more than year or two ago.

Placed and order and 9hours later still wasn’t started couldn’t get a hold of anyone my money has been taken and I can’t contact anyone for a refund these guys are scammers

I placed an order with Nextlvl and was assigned a 'booster' within a few hours. The booster then claimed to not be able to sign into my account. I did everything I could to assist the booster, changing my password, disabling 2-step verification etc. I attempted to contact Nextlvl admins via FaceBook chat, email, and their chat function on the website. Their communication is extremely difficult and slow. Eventually I was left with no option other than to request to cancel my order and ask for a refund. Again the communication was terrible and very slow. Eventually my order was cancelled, and instead of actually refunding my money, they have kept it as a credit on their website. I will be starting the transaction dispute process with my credit card company, and would not recommend anybody to use this service.

I've been helped to grind games to unlock cosmetic item.
The work has been successful in reasonable time, if not quicker than I was expecting!
Specific is WR arcana style unlock in DotA2
Everything went smooth.
My experience with player and support on discord was nice.
Remember to check order status after you do the purchase ;) so you know when you have to give your data

I paid around $100 for a Kd boost, and it was only boosted 0.02 percent because the booster didn't get high kill games; the majority of the games are under three kills, but the company wants to make excuses by saying it's over a 3.0 KD when in reality they were probably only eliminated once. In order to boost your KD, you need high kills in fewer games. I am a returning customer who had previously placed an order with them. I contacted Customer Service to see if they could resolve my issue, but they were unable to. They only promised me additional kills on a subsequent order. Why should I have to pay for a second order to compensate for this order? The booster was well capable of achieving high kill counts in less amount of games I don’t plan on using this company again.

I got my diamond camos in a few days which is acceptable. no issues so far with this service

USE LITERALLY ANYONE ELSE. They dont do anything in a timely manner. Did they quote you 3-5 days? You are looking more at 8-10 days. Did you ask for game wins with a certain hero? Well...more like maybe 80% of them, its like they dont know that I can put into Dotabuff and see who was picked/banned, why even waste their time playing heroes I dont want? Not to mention the pricing here is worse, the website is a pile of trash, and the customer service rep just has a handful of copy/paste excuses as to why your order, which is supposed to be done, isnt even halfway. The guy literally played a game or two a day when the support says hes playing 3-5/day.

Tips for the company: Underpromise and overdeliver is better than empty promises followed by excuses.

I canceled early and just let them keep the $20 worth of work left rather than continue to deal with them.

Potential Customers: USE LITERALLY ANY OTHER SERVICE. These guys string you along in hopes you will cancel and they will offer you "Store Credit" as if anyone who wants to cancel will want to keep using their services. What a joke.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! PLEASE DON'T DO IT. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They will take your money and not give the service you asked for and you will not get back your money. Their customer support is horrible and you will not get an answer from them until a month later saying some BS.

I purchased this service for launchers on vanguard. I recommend going a different route if that is what you are looking for.

Day one they attempt to get in it my account. It took an hour and half of back and forth to get them in.

I needed 2 launchers completely done and a 3rd only had a single challenge left to complete. The site stated it would be 2-4 days to complete. We are now on day 5 and the person has only completed one launcher to date.

When I requested if it would get completed on the 5th day the person stated, "he might get it done". I would recommend using a different service if you are searching. This is a pure joke.

3 days and they still couldn't start my order. They said there was a "bug" with PSN. I can however log into multiple PS5 PS4s no problem. Supposed to use a VPN from my location, but PSN flagged a Russian IP trying to log into my account when they tried. Communication with booster is very limited. Asked for refund and you can only get store credit.
