Exceptional service from start to end!
I found Nextwave media online and as they were based close to our chosen venue.
From the start, Ben was extremely helpful and offered a personal and professional service a the same time.
The communication was clear, fast and they delivered exactly what they said they would, taking the pressure from my family and I at such a difficult time.
The letters were great quality, the price was very reasonable and the service was second to none.

Cannot thank Ben from nextwave enough. Amazing reasonable price, nothing was too much, when I couldn't meet Ben beforehand to set up he did not waver and took control so I didn't have to worry at all. Made my 40th seamless and enabled me to relax and get ready. Amazing customer service and would highly recommend in a heartbeat. Thank you x

Exceptional equipment and great service!
Very happy, fantastic service. We hired a set of chauvet freedom sticks for a video shoot and they did not disappoint. Excellent lights and really helped to make our day look that extra bit special. The team are absolutely fantastic, dropping lights off and collecting them plus no concerns about having the equipment for a little longer than originally agreed, really great service 👍 would thoroughly recommend

Responsive to our initial contact, efficient communication prior to the event and extremely professional on the day. Read the audience brilliantly, playing a fantastic set and interacting well with all guests. Have already recommended NextWave to others and will be using them again.

LED LIGHTS
The service received was consistently fantastic from start to finish. They arrived on time, set up the lights and returned at the end of the party and removed it all with no issues. The lights were fantastic and really made a big impact on the room especially as they were all pink and spelt out a name. The lights remained a talking point throughout the entire party and photos were taken right up to packing time. I will definitely be using Nextwave for my next party. Thank you for all your help.

This company was amazing we needed…
This company was amazing we needed speakers for a function last minute and Ben was amazing he asked our requirements and recommended a few to hire. We agreed on one that worked for us. Ben came to setup and explained what we needed to do. Graham came to collect at the end of the function and honestly this was one painless experience. Highly recommended !!!
