I scheduled a pickup for 1/1 or 1/2/2026. I called every day starting 12/31 trying to confirm the pickup.
Everyone who answered the phone read the same script, " we are working with the dispatchers to locate a driver we will call you back". Final on 1/5 they "found" a driver. The original quote was for $1,105, but the NEW price was $1,650 (a 50% increase). After pickup on 1/6/2026 the car finally arrived in Florida on 1/11/2026. The entire process was a lie, lowball pricing and make-believe schedules. Do NOT use this company.

I found the service was exceptional! The driver was courteous and professional. I highly recommend their transport services.

Terrible experience with this company. Booked two-three weeks ahead of move date. Gave them a three day window. They assured me they had carriers to assign. Never heard anything. Followed up first day of the window - generic reply they were "working hard, and a carrier will be assigned". Followed up again at the end of the second day. Same generic reply.

The third day they called offering a driver the following day - outside of the window, when I explicitly said would be too late.

I had to leave the state and leave my car behind all because of the lack of communication.

I would advise avoiding this company at all costs.

Just had my garbage tone with nexus. Was a week late picking up my car. Loaded it on the trailer wrong so we needed a forklift to unload it. When they got it unloaded, the driver drove away so he didn't have to pay the tow company for the services leaving it on me. When o called to complain they said I can fill out a report and will see what they can do. Company it a joke. Don't use them.

No stars. We booked a transport 1 1/2 months ago for pick up yesterday or today. No pick up. We called all day yesterday and today and were told they were having trouble getting drivers. We leave for Fl tomorrow with no car arriving. We are beyond livid. DO NOT USE THEM!

Nexus Auto Transport made a firm commitment to pick up my vehicle and repeatedly assured me for weeks that everything was on track. I contacted them multiple times to confirm because my travel plans depended on it. Every time, they told me I was good to go.

They failed to secure a driver and never picked up my car. Because I relied on their assurances, I lost $600 on a flight and was forced to drive my vehicle from Michigan to Florida myself.

This was not bad luck. It was poor communication, false reassurance, and zero accountability. If you need reliable auto transport, look elsewhere. This company will leave you stranded.

Great experience all around. Easy to schedule, communicative, and quick transport. Highly recommend and will use again.

By far the easiest process in shipping a car. Went from AZ to CA and the communication was perfect. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Second time our family has used the service.

Everyone was so helpful! From the second of calling Nexus they had someone who answered immediately and had my car dispatched from Austin to Seattle. He answered all the questions, and my car arrived safely. I will be using you guys again if I move across country!

This company is 100% professional. My car dealership recommended them and they did an excellent job. Highly trained drivers which documented everything as expected. ALL electronic which is important to me. I recommend them completely.

0n 12/09/2025 I shipped my Nisson Frontier to New Jersey. It arrived on 12/12/2025.
I was very pleased with Nexus and would recommend them to transport your vehicle.
The driver Dima was friendly and courteous.

I filled out the form on their website to ship my vehicle, agreed to their price and dates, and entered my card info. I'm going through a divorce and realized a couple of weeks later I had not heard a word from Nexus. I started trying to call them, and it took a couple of days.

When I talked to them they said the reason they hadn't shipped it yet was because they couldn't find a driver to haul it for the price I had been quoted, but instead they needed more than $500 more. I told them I may have considered that if it had been the next day, but after two weeks of delay, with my vehicle sitting in someone else's parking lot, they owe me and they need to ship it for the price they agreed to.

Another week of calls went by and they "booked" it with a hauler, but then said that hauler's truck broke down. They then said they found another one for $20 more than the original quote. I agreed, paid them, and then waited for any call.

Six days later I called them (today) and now they are saying they don't have a record of that hauler who was going to haul it for me, but they are looking, and then hung up on me after thanking me for my patience.

These people do not care about you or your vehicle. They don't have their own haulers, but are middle men trying to schedule your load with a hauler. They are only in it for the profit they can get from the difference in what you agree to pay and what the hauler will accept. If you had a smooth transaction it's only because you paid enough to easily find someone to haul it, so they provided you no value.

Save yourself the risk and headaches. Do not use Nexus.

Sadly 0 stars wasn't an option. When I booked with them, they said they had many drivers in Las Vegas daily. Despite that, they twice tried to leverage me into a higher price than quoted by calling me and saying they had a driver ready to come, but... If you thought that was the worst of it, read on. Ultimately, it took a week to get picked up. The transporter JRK Express damaged my vehicle significantly, refused to release it to me, and insisted "their guy" fix it. I still haven't seen my vehicle and Nexus Auto Transport has been exactly 0 help. Communication has been terrible, and their "claims" person called me from what was clearly their home and sounded like they were running a day care. You've been warned.

Excellent experience with this company. Great price to ship our car, was picked up and dropped off without any issues. Delivered in 26 hours! No hidden fees. Would definitely use them again

Timely delivery and friendly and responsible driver

My truck gave out over in McAllen Tx , I was very stressed out so I went on google and found Nexus on there . I call and the gentleman over the phone told me not to worry. He gave me a great price for delivery. These guys are very honest and professional . Joe Gonzales the guy delivering my truck kept me up to date every step of the way. I will definitely be using this company and recommending to all my friends!

The company was on time and there were no hidden fees. Great customer service.

They picked up the car over 2 hrs late . said issues getting out . i was told that day i would receive the car but after i called it was going to be next day. Driver doesn’t speak english was russian so impossible to communicate. They were suppose to call me an hour ahead once they were delivering but called when arrived. i wasn’t there for delivery . My valet guys had to accept it. Driverr didn’t speak any english not sure I would recommend them because of it. You need to zelle them or cash upon arrival. But they need driver to speak english and understand english…..

Do Not Book with this Broker ; They Like Most BROKERS Take your money Then they take their Cut & Hand your vehicle off to Non Speaking English Foreigners & Then they tell you to Handle your issue Directly with the Driver when there is Damage to your vehicle, I Can Elaborate more on my Damage, However the Bottom Line is Stay Clear of this Broker
