Nexusbytes, Like the shade on a sunny day and warm hot tea on a cold rainy day. You really have to join the family for you to truly know what these reviews is.
Coming from Digitalocean, Vultr and Linode moving to Nexusbytes was one of the best decision that i took on 2021. I regularly check lowendtalk and lowendspirit and always found good things about them.
Their support is legendary and the Ryzen even more so. Signup and go see for yourself and do prove me wrong if you can :)
Like i said in the begining you do really have to join and see for yourself.

It's been a year already huh? That's crazy. Okay, I'll share my experience - it's been boring. I mean that in a good way, because I haven't had anything to complain about! NexusBytes has been hands down the best experience for a hosting provider.
Jay (the owner) has such a warm approach to customer service and makes you feel like you are part of a family of happy customers.
I am very pleased to have discovered Nexus Bytes when they were a relatively unknown provider and can see that they have grown into a very reputable hosting provider, all the while keeping existing customers happy and offering existing customers the best discounts on new products.
If I had to complain about something it would be the fact that there are no services located in Australia but perhaps one day that will change. Maybe I'm too fussy lol

I just signed up for a 1GB VPS
I just signed up for a 1GB VPS. The price was very good and the support was even better. Second day with them and i can alredy see that this is a company that really cares about their customers.They helped me setup things that they didn't even have to do without hesitation. Really nice support and the VPS is fast as it should be.I am definitely going to suggest them to more people.

Honestly one of the best vps platforms…
Honestly one of the best vps hosting platforms I've ever used. They have very flexible and variable plans you can change the individual amount of ram, cpu cores, storage, everything. And it's not too expensive. I use this platform to run a modded mc server and it runs beautifully

I dont like it
The first thing which i dont like about Nexus Bytes is. I cant make an account with my hotmail. I use this email always so i had to make my account with gmail. My creditcard declined my payment i dont know why but i saw that i could not log in any more to do the payment. I guess they have deleted my account. I asked for a new pasword, but i did not receive it.
When i want to email the support then i have to login so thanks for this great support !

Took the liberty to search up your account and looks like your account has been closed due to non payment :( .
Per our billing terms, your service was suspended after 3rd day of being behind on payment and was terminated on the 10th day of being delinquent. We did send you a total of 4 non payment reminder over 3 weeks span and didn't receive any response from you.
Our system automatically closes an account, if there's no active service associated to it. This is actually there for your own safety and security, as inactive accounts are prone to getting hacked/bruteforced. Which would explain why you aren't able to log back in to your client area, nor receiving your password reset email.

Great for storage VPS
I started using Nexus Bytes after needing a cheap yet large storage VPS to store backups of my production VPS at another provider. Ordering from Nexus Bytes was simple, the price was cheap for a full TB of storage, and the provisioning for the VPS was quick.

It is just the best hosting company of the world!
It's an awesome host for web hosting or VPS. The support is amazingly friendly and fast! I didn't expect this to be that good for the low prices they offer. Till so far no downtime, the hardware does perform as promised. Additional resources are not too pricy either.
It took me a while to find a hosting company that is passionate about what they are doing with good prices and support. I hope it will stay this way! Thank you for everything and especially the pizza! :)
(I even got a free pizza delivered at my home as a celebration of the birth of the company!)
I simply don't have anything bad to say till so far. If I will find any improvements, I will let you guys know!
