This company rocks!!!
I have to say my recent experience with this on line retailer proved to be an exceptional experience for me.
I broke a very tiny plastic piece off my Core Transmitter. It was only the smallest piece called a Core Side Slider Pin, but without it control of the throttle on my F5J Glider could not be done, Two hours at the flying field , changing batteries , checking all the wiring for breaks etc proved fruitless, then the side slider dropped into my hand and all matters were then understood.
Got home and rang Nexus on Monday afternoon late, talked through what had happened and they quickly comprehended what I needed and dispatched two pieces to me for only the price of the postage!!!!.
The bits duly arrived Wednesday Morning and ten minutes later were installed and working perfectly.
You just cannot ask for better service.
