We had a special need to enlarge a Combat Badge that a friend served in. Other companies wanted a minimum order; this company took the order with only a single one ordered. We ended up ordering more. It was a complicated badge, with different colors. They matched the colors, even the gold was bright and shiny. Fast delivery, quality work, perfect design. Will do business with them again.

I worked with Nexus Patches to produce 5 custom PVC patches based on the design I provided, and overall the experience was very good. Taylor Davis responded quickly, communicated clearly, and was willing to negotiate pricing, which I appreciated. The finished PVC patches arrived exactly as I wanted—excellent quality and clean detailing. Nexus Patches also included 5 additional patches at no extra cost, which was a nice surprise.
One important thing to note is that the company is based in Pakistan, which I didn’t realize until I received a FedEx notification. I placed my order on November 29, 2025, and received it on December 29, 2025. Even though the shipment was sent via FedEx International Priority, the total turnaround time was exactly one month.
That said, the quality of the patches is top notch and the service was professional and responsive. It was a pleasure working with Nexus Patches, and I would recommend them if you’re comfortable with international production timelines.
