Empty promises
Nice company, until you have to deal with their customer service.
I've waited a month before emailing them about my products that haven't arrived yet (shipping was supposed to be two-three weeks). Apparently, they made a mistake in their administration. Okay, that can happen. They promised to send me a part of my shipping with priority mail and to refund my original shipping costs. That was very nice of them... I did receive a part of my shipping, but I never received a refund.
Long story short, I only received half of my order, it's been four months at this point, I never received the promised refund and their last reply was a month ago. It sucks, since this was an error that they made in their system and now I've been waiting for four months to receive my full order.
