My €950 new Zeus nero pool table
My €950 new pool table was delivered on 10th December 2025.
Unfortunately the table was damaged underneath preventing one of the table legs being able to be fitted. Photos were supplied with emailed communication on 12th December to NG Biliardi requesting the table to be collected and replaced.
The underside damage can clearly be seen in the photos and obviously was originally incurred before being shipped to me by the independent courier as the original box has been covered and taped up using NG Biliardi materials to mask and hide the damage before shipping.
In the ongoing communication NG Biliardi requested that we check the table for other damage which we did and listed...
The table cloth was rippled and the ball collection trim was loose.
This was not the quality item I thought I was purchasing.
Now NG Biliardi are stating that we have missed the opportunity for any return request (which we didn't, communication sent 2 dats after delivery) and that they would have only accepted said item in a perfect state and without damage as per their conditions of sale.
This is a bizarre statement considering the fact that it was clearly sent to me, the customer, with damage that was covered up.
Their last communication refuses my request for a full refund and states that they are sending me replacement parts for ME to repair the undisputed damage.
Needless to say I will now have to seek legal assistance to recover my money.
All of this is totally unprofessional, unexceptable, frustrating and stressful...what a horrible experience.
