I bought a the Mai Chau Canvas and they felt like shoes from H&M. I never had problems with shoes I bought online and never (!) had to return a pair, but in this case I wanted to. Although I followed the instructions on the website, return was not possible. Even if it had worked, I would have had to pay 9€. (From Germany)

Update: The customer service contacted me and the return was made possible even two months later. Thank you!

- received them on time
- in the right size
- the right model

I know this should be just the normal expectation but based on my experience with other brands, I felt they would deserve to be highlighted for their capacity to deliver their commitment to the customer.

I ordered two pair of shoes. Only received one pair. Mailed them to ask where my other pair went. They had no clue but promissd to research it. One week later no answer so I mailed them again but this time they ignored me completly.
So the shoes are already nearly three weeks late and I got no information what happened to them or if I even will receive them.
No, nothing not even an apology. But of course they kept the money.
Two stars because they sent one pair of shoes for the price of two. Which isn't great mind you
