Buyer beware . I basically bought a boat anchor . This machine has major rust issues . Repainted to cover all the major rust paint lasted less than a year and started poping off . Bondo all over the machine to cover major rust pits . Machine runs like crap and has no power , came with faulty hydraulic lines held on with zip ties . Hydraulic thumb fell off due to bad welding . Only been able to get about 4 hrs on the machine before something falls off . Have taken it to komatsu. They told. Me I got taken for a ride . Said machine should be in a junk yard . Do your research in no way was this machine rebuilt by any mechanic . Just a heads up. I'm stuck making payments on this machine that I can't even really use

Excellent experience with Ray in sales; honest and knowledgeable. All Ways Trucking was responsive, and Driver Derrick was even ahead of schedule and easy to work with. The excavator arrived looking shiny; my neighbor thought it to be brand new. It also performed equally well. The overall experience was very satisfying.

I bought used Mitsubishi MX35 Mini Excavator from NGO via eBay. Was skeptical initially with payment via wire transfer, not via PayPal. After talking with a couple of customers and planning for pick-up by myself, I went ahead and sent NGO the money. Things turned out pretty well. I got the mini excavator. Very nice look, solid working condition, and super post-sales support. Whenever I had a question about the excavator, Ray at NGO was always very helpful. So far, I have used the mini excavator for about a month. There are a couple of little problems with the excavator, which didn't surprise me for a used excavator. I'm handy and have fixed the minor issues by myself with help from NGO. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the purchase and with NGO.

I purchased this PC10-5 for one job and then to resell. The machine was factory reconditioned with new paint and hoses which is a plus. The repaint unfortunately was over rust and some has flaked off. I was supplied parts and shop manuals which helped greatly when repairing some broken parts. Support has been outstanding.

My, Ray and the whole crew at NGO were great and the Takeuchi excavator was a very nice unit as well! I hope to do business with them again soon! Thanks Again
