Lessons are easy to learn they break it all down to the base level and then each lesson builds onto what was from the previous lessons.

The labs are great as it shows things that we would be downing in real life.

I have been working from job to job. Looking for a place to stabilise my career path after the military. For years, I was searching, to no avail. Then, my Father showed me this page about NGT. At first, I was very sceptical about this Academy. Even though I wanted to learn more about Networking, I thought it would take more than 4 years to get the basics down. Once I signed up, I wished I had been notified of this place sooner. Now I'm one step closer to what I need to do to upgrade my career and where I want to thrive. Thanks to NGT, I can learn even more about Networking and continue my goal of being more than just an IT guy.

i did not get enough support about my courses.
i did not like the fact that i have to take FSNA courses before taking Cyber security courses even if that is why i registered for. Doing LABS on Packet tracer was a hard time for me and demotivated me. Sometimes it lets you in and sometimes No.

What made my experience great was the support of the NGT Academy team, and the videos were well-explained. Plus, the labs to practice what I was learning.

The fact that I can get it done from my home office and the way the lessons are layed out.

Throughout my journey towards achieving my Full Stack Network Associate certification, I have been fully supported by the community I have found with NexGenT Academy. The instructors and support staff are nothing less than amazing! I hardly ever have to wait more than a day for a response to my queries and they explain things in a way that is detailed yet concise. I highly recommend that if you are interested in Computer Networking or Cisco Networking, give them a try!

They provide great training to take you from knowing nothing about Networking to knowing alot. They also provide you with the tools to help you get a job in the field post training.

How you could go back and review the module. Making sure you understood the process

The step by step process help you truly go from zero to engineer. The knowledge based and hands-on brings it all home at the end.

I love this school. I wish it had existed years ago. The hands-on learning and videos are on point. They teach you in a way that is easy to comprehend. They gave me the tools to learn the material, and I appreciate the inner workings of IT. I really hope that I go further. I highly recommend NGT Academy. Wholeheartedly

Highlight key information more properly instead of death by power point presentations. Also, students should be provided in the cost a laptop.

My experience here at NGT Academy has allowed me to get back into learning mode and learn in a way that works best for me and isn't sitting in a classroom somewhere. The videos and simulations keeps my mind moving and active throughout the course and every module every lesson is set up for our success.

It is a great program with resources and people available to you to help you succeed. I just completed the FSNA Basic and looking forward to leveling up in the program. It took me an extra week to completed the FQC lab only because I need to review some material for the lab. I am glad I did that because I was able to reinforce my practical hands on knowledge of the material. Slow and steady is sometimes the best way.

The learning is very streamlined and easy to use.

The program as a whole was well thought out and put together; easy to navigate and execute!

I had a good experience with the FSNA training block. It covered a lot of networking topics and the Packet Tracer labs helped me understand how everything works together. It was challenging at times but overall it helped me learn a lot about switching, routing, and troubleshooting.
