My order was delivered to the wrong address. DHL took weeks before admitting this is what happened and then they said I had to take it up with Niawigs. When I contacted Niawigs about what happened. They never got back to me. I wish I could give zero stars!

This is a beautiful and voluminous unit. If you want an authentic natural look this is it. I got a 22 inch. The hair and curls are gorgeous. I am transitioning to natural so this is going to help me a lot.

A waste of money
A waste of money. Both times I ordered from Nia Wigs I received DEFECTIVE wigs. The headband wig I ordered in 2023 had a huge lump of hair behind the headband. The lump is on the top of the head and could not be made to lay flat. Also, the headband looked cheap, and choppy, stray strands of hair came out of the headband.
The headband wig I ordered in 2021 was made better, but the circumference of the headband/wig cap was ridiculously small. My head is average, and I have never had a wig not fit other than that one. Also, the headband looked cheap, and choppy, stray strands of hair protruded from the headband.
In addition,I ordered the exact same wig each time, and one wig was longer than the other.
