V poor quality work, refusal to remedy or refund

This company quoted to repair a small flat roof over a bay window. Did the job, as well as some plastering to repair water damage internally.

Just 3 short years later, I have water coming in again, and they have reviewed tier work to tell me it's all fine and they have no idea why there would be a leak. I have had to get other roofers look at it, and they've all told me the work they did was shockingly poor quality and cannot believe its only 3 years ago.

I was originally asking them to review the same area, then they got very defensive about their poor work, and on the basis they're not prepared to redo any work (and actually can't even see any problem with it, the way others can very easily) they're not prepared to offer any amount of refund either.

Shockingly poor quality work, horrendous attitude when approached later about their work, and quite nasty in their responses (albeit I give as good as I get in that respect)

Do yourself a favour and avoid them at all costs
