Nivanoo webaite is a SCAM.

Nivanoo website is a scam. I ordered an electric bike and a discount that seemed too good to be true, I did a brief review of the website and company, which had very few reviews and a few had low customer satisfaction scores but none of them said it was a scam. After ordering and paying I have received no updates on delivery, the product has not been delivered, and every link in the email confirmations that they sent me no longer work. It is definitely a scam.

Personalised order arrived faulty – company refused refund

I ordered embroidered hats at £19 each and expected a high-quality finish. The approved design showed a centrally placed logo. However, the hats arrived with the logos positioned too low and off-centre, the embroidery inconsistent with visible gaps, and loose white threads showing at the front.

I called the company and was asked to email photos, which I did — but my email was ignored. After following up, I was told refunds are only issued in the event of a production error. I replied with further clear photographic evidence of those errors, yet received no response until I sent a final request before escalating to Trading Standards.

The eventual reply claimed my order was “produced and embroidered according to the approved design” and that there was “no production error that would entitle a refund under our sales terms or the Consumer Rights Act 2015, as this order was fully personalised.” This is incorrect: the Consumer Rights Act 2015 still requires all goods — including personalised items — to be of satisfactory quality and as described.

Due to the company’s refusal to acknowledge or resolve these clear quality issues, I have reported them to Trading Standards.

If you’re considering purchasing from this company, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere to avoid similar issues.
