Assistenza totalmente assente, personale incompetente e scontroso

Assistenza totalmente inutile, non rispondono quando serve e quando lo fanno (se lo fanno) non sono in grado di risolvere alcun problema. Il tecnico col quale bisogna interagire ha 0 empatia e voglia di lavorare, alla richiesta di supporto per il blocco di what'app per antispam, la sua risposta é stata "Non é un problema del software, non posso aiutarti". Leggendo il manuale del sito viene riportata la possibilità di impostare filtri e impostazioni per evitare il blocco, ma da persona incompetente e menefreghista qual'è il soggetto dietro Nibax, questa soluzione né é stata seguita, né suggerita in seguito alla richiesta di supporto

Sono rimasto deluso

Sono rimasto deluso: nonostante il software venga pubblicizzato come dotato di un sistema anti-ban, il mio numero è stato comunque bloccato da WhatsApp dopo pochi invii. La comunicazione è fuorviante. Sconsiglio l'acquisto.
