Absolute scam – keeps charging after cancellation
I canceled my subscription and they STILL kept charging my card like nothing happened. This is completely unacceptable and honestly feels like a scam.
There is no clear or reliable way to manage or cancel your subscription, and even when you do, they continue billing you anyway. I’ve seen that I’m not the only one—many people report the exact same issue with unauthorized charges and no refunds.
Customer support is useless. No proper response, no accountability, just excuses and silence while they keep taking your money.
This is not just bad service, it’s deceptive and unethical. If you value your money, stay far away from this app.
I expect a full refund for all unauthorized charges immediately.

After approximately 15 emails back and forth with Nibble, I moved away from a strictly procedural explanation and shared the personal circumstances that led me to miss the cancellation deadline. Following this, Nibble reviewed the matter and processed a full refund as an exception.

I am grateful to Kateryna for her understanding and for taking the initiative to resolve what had been a very stressful situation.

ORIGINAL:
I was charged $65.31 for a 12-month subscription after a free trial. I submitted a refund request less than 5 minutes after the charge and did not use the service.

Google denied the refund request, and when I contacted Nibble support, I was told they could not locate any account under my email and directed me back to Google.

This has left me stuck between both parties, with no one taking responsibility for resolving what was an unintended charge.

For context, this amount is not insignificant—it is the equivalent of a week’s groceries where I live and was intended to cover a payment plan for law school.

I have now cancelled the subscription and would like this reviewed and resolved promptly but it's been a back and forth with Nibble pointing the finger at Google Play and Google Play at Nibble.

I would urge everyone to stay way from this app. An absolute nightmare.

I am prepared to enjoy these art lessons. I can't travel like I used to, so this will give me unique experiences that keeps me interested and engaged.

It is a great learning tool. I have a major collection of original lithographs from the mid 20th Century, and I learned o few more insights into this period.
