Horroble company. Have not sent my order out after a week and don’t bother replying to their emails. Will never order from them again and completely ruined a baby shower I ordered it for.

AVOID!! Shocking company....no reply to emails/phone calls. Read the other 1 star reviews...

I am a retailer who has previously bought these items to re sell. I did a top up order via the online portal and have been short delivered on my pre paid order. No reply to any of my emails and no contact number. Very poor service and wont be ordering again

Great quality and lovely colours ! My daughter loves her dummies and these are the only ones she likes.

I placed an order a few months ago. I had to chase for a month about the delivery as received no dispatch email. I didn’t receive any email reply. My only luck was somehow finding the owners mobile and whatsapping. I asked for a full refund and to forget about the delivery, she said she’s refund me 50% and still send the order, which was a really nice gesture as I was over it by then. I received my order and no 50% refund. I chased the mobile number many times about it and haven’t received a reply back. Do not order from here, it’s a baby website and causes pregnant people more stress!!

I ordered two dummy clips for my newborn daughter at the end of december but one month later I still didn't receive my order. I didn't get any tracking information and I don't get any response at my emails. Too bad, I had products from nibbling before and were happy, but their own online shop and customer service is a nightmare.

I’ve still not received my package. I have placed an order on the 28th of December it’s been over 2 weeks now. I have emailed you guys but no reply back either. Very disappointed

No reply too email about order made over two weeks ago now ,no dispatch email and wish I never made order now looking at the reviews now ,no contact number too ring up either ,first time order never ordering again

Order not received. Tried contacting company by email, Facebook, and their WhatsApp for no response from any source. Still no order, no tracking information but money taken.

I placed an order 31/08/22 and have not received the order. I have emailed countless times and contacted them on Facebook and have had radio silence. I am really disappointed and have lost over £50 because of it.

Ordered 3 times from Nibbling now and that’s due to their customer service and quality product.

Even when one of the products broke almost a year later and I asked for a part to fix it. They insisted they fixed it due to safety. Many companies wouldn’t have even bothered to help.

Terrible, don't bother
They never check their emails (I also messaged on instagram... complete silence), so if you have any queries or issues with the order, you will never hear back and will have to post back at your own expense.
If you attempt to buy something, at least pay with PayPal so you can open a claim if anything goes, wrong, that's the only thing that saved me.

Really good pricing for the amount of gifts you get, was a great present idea for a friend who recently had a little one. Would recommend for anyone who’s struggling for ideas.

Delivery time slightly slower than other websites, took 2 weeks from order to arrival. Overall contents of box was good value, although unfortunately didn't come with one of the nice wooden teething toys which was a shame. As others have mentioned, case arrived slightly damaged, but the contents were nicely packaged.

This company sells through Ankorstore. I placed an order of nearly £400 10 days ago and although I have reached out several times on messages, emails & through Ankorstore’s customer service, this company refuses to give any updates on the order. Have now requested cancellation as clearly they have zero customer service.
