Was sent the wrong size bras, wont refund me.
Was sent the wrong size bras, 3 sizes too large and they will not refund me. Offering £6 and saying I will have to pay to return them to China. Battling to get a refund and negotiated up to £10 so far, a long way short of the £20 I spent. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They misrepresent their sizes, won't admit their error and do not follow trading standard rules.

Ordered an XL T shirt that claimed to be polyester, it arrived as an XL but was more like a medium.
The material turned out to be 70% cotton 30% polyester, not what I would call 'Polyester' !!
NLT offered me £2 compensation, then upped this to £5, but they have no intention of refunding OR replacement.
Will definitely NOT use this seller again, BEWARE.

Ordered jeans - they arrived without any labels attached, no delivery note to enable a return. Jeans were not as described, ie no stretchy waist, and they had a mark at the bottom of one leg, making them faulty. They offered me £3 compensation!!! Don’t go there people as I am struggling to get a full refund
You get what you pay for, quality poor
From order to delivery over 5 weeks. All bras had been slit in the bra cups making them not wearable. Customer services took ages to respond and offered no replacement or refund.
A nightmare never to be repeated
I ordered the items on the 11/8/25 they arrived after several emails on the 19/09/25 it was a totally frustrating experience never to be repeated. Requests for a refund were totally ignored as was my email sent to the resolution centre at PayPal.

I got my pack of 3 bras today and they fit nicely, nice and sift material, only thing wrong is thete are no washing instructions attached, so I presume it's hand wash. Took forever to arrive, I think it was 4 weeks in total, said uk hut came from USA.

It's a shame you can't put zero stars, items received are not as described at all, the company obviously knows this & offers just £5 gesture. Many emails back & forth. Absolutely do not use this company if you want to waste your time & money.

Wish I had read these reviews first as I would never have ordered anything. Place my order a number of weeks ago and all I get is the occasional email ‘updating’ me on my parcel status. Currently it is being inspected at the US customs. What a crock! Do not order from these people- they are scammers!!!!
Absolute scam
Absolute scam - or so I thought. I ordered two pairs of jeans in early June. There were regular updates on transportation progress until it reached uk then nothing. Customer Service apologised and said they would resend. I've had nothing. I asked for my money back. Nothing. Until today that I wrote this and they finally arrived, two and a half months later. Better late than never.
Totally mislead on the purchase
Totally mislead on the purchase, bought some very nice looking hibiscus seeds earlier this year which arrived eventually from China. Kept getting emails saying that there were problems with my delivery despite the fact I’d already received it. Tried contacting them and just got repeated emails apologising for the delays, clearly automated and nobody reading the actual mails.
Eventually the seeds germinated but were not the plants described! After multiple plant identifying apps it transpired that they were in fact spiny spider plants.
Total scam of a company who I highly advise you to avoid like the plague!
Absolutely awful scam of a company
Absolutely awful scam of a company. Ordered the cool sweat towel and was firstly charged more than the original stated price due to 'additional shipping costs'. Was given a tracking link that said the item was coming from America. Parcel never arrived even though tracking said it had been delivered. Contacted customer service and was given a different tracking that said the item had come from China. They have been dismissive of my claims that the parcel has not arrived and are unable to provide which UK courier they used to deliver the product. I can genereric AI responses and no refund or replacement items has been offered. In fact I have been told I need to contact the post office to claim even though they cant clarify whether it was even delivered by royal mail.

Do not touch this company, wish I had read the review before I purchase the 3 unwired bras, finally arrived only be find they are nothing like the size I ordered, sent the a photo of one of my own 38E bras agains their bra which they said was the same size, size I was sent would be no bigger than a C cup, so these are totally and utterly useless to me.
At first they offered a £2 refund but they don’t use a £ sign just a figure, then they offered 5 and me to keep the item, I told them I know my consumer rights and then gave me an address to post back to China, lesson learned, do not ever by anything advertised via Facebook it is full of scammers

I ordered 3 non wired bras as they looked good but after waiting a long time for them to be delivered they were exceptionally poor quality. I ordered the correct size but my boobs still dropped out of the bottom of the bra. When I requested a refund they offered £5 and would not refund me in full. I tried to ship them back but as they requested a tracking number it would have cost over £20 even though their refund policy states you will only be charged one shipping charge which includes refunds. I still have no response requesting a full refund a second time. Don’t touch these crooks with a barge pole 😡😡😡

Ordered the “support bra” what a waste of time and money! Don’t bother. The size is way off and they offer no support. Customer service are refusing to let me return them for a refund.

I ordered three non-wired bras that were advertised as being comfortable and supportive. I carefully chose the size as I am big chested. They took ages to come and then when they arrived they were cheap, poor quality and the fit was so bad that they rode up over my boobs. I tried to send them back but customer service was very poor and they offered me a paltry £5 compensation when I had spent £20. My advice, don’t touch them with a barge pole.

Order placed on 6th August - 18th August order still not left USA - When we emailed requesting an estimated arrival date as iteam was purchased as birthday gift ( 23rd August). Reply took 2 days and just contained the tracking number. So we asked again and were told that the tracking number would have the information we needed. So far the parcel has sat with US Customs for 9 days and we are none the wiser when will take delivery of the order in the UK - We will not use these cowboys again and will advise everyone to shop elsewhere
