After I hear that the transportation company do not deliver on house addresses anymore I deleted directly the order. Then I ordered a new package and ask by email if they can send the package as soon as possible by some reasons. I’ve got a quick message response and the package was send the same day with an other transportation company. Now 2 days later in an other country I have already the package. The lady who helped me was an hero! Thank you for the great service. You’re the best!

I've not heard anything about the delivery, no reply to email and no idea when/if my parcel will arrive
- i had a reply and the item had been waiting in the locker. it would have been helpful if i had been sent any kind of communication confirming that... but got it in the end!

cheap knock-off
The perfume I bought is a cheap knock-off. I have been buying my favorite perfume, for years (not from Nice Beauty, but from legitimate places like Douglas). I ordered from them because it was very inexpensive. The bottle I received was such a poor imitation that it didn't even have the name of the perfume written correctly. I complained immediately but received a condescending response saying, "if I regret the purchase, I can return it at my own expense." ... Um no, I did not pay for a Fake product . I expect both my shipping costs and the purchase price to be refunded.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Nice Beauty at all.

We only deal with official suppliers and do not sell fake products. All Zarkoperfumes are handmade in Denmark and can have different looks from batch to batch. Regarding the 30ml Muse - the bottle was changed recently - and therefore Zarko have changed the foto on their website. But since we still have the old design in stock, it is the bottles that you will buy here.
