They do not listen
The item arrived damaged and told them would like to send it back for a refund they refused and sent me another one. I do not want it the quality is not what I was thinking. The customer service team refused to let me return the damaged junk for a refund and sending me out a replacement. They will not let me get my money back. Shipping takes about 3 weeks

The derby cover was excellent
The derby cover was excellent, but the dipstick was not. Two problems with it. One, when you pull the dipstick out of the hot engine, the dipstick is too hot to handle, so it had to be set down, or you need something to cover your fingers when holding it. Two, it was virtually impossible for me to read the oil level on the dipstick. It just won’t
display the oil level on the metal stick. I had to put my old one back to check the oil level. I stopped using it. I can’t return it because I threw away the box.

Great customer service
About a year ago, I ordered a kickstand for a 2024 Husqvarna FC 450. I received it and it works great. Then about a month ago, while riding, the bolt that holds the foot on fell out, and I lost the bolt and the foot of the kickstand. I contacted Celia with Nicecnc, and she replaced the foot in the bolt, and only charged me shipping. I also received it fairly quickly. Thank you so much.
