So I have been doing research on this server hosting provider and domain nicenic, They have been hosting websites like DOX***.com that host websites that sexually harass and gather peoples information illegally, I have tried to email the service hosting these terrible sites that target victims, I have reported abuse reports to nicenic.net and they refuse to deal with these cyber criminals.
I will now take this up with news outlets like bbc and ITV news and make the world know of NiceNic.net shocking behaviour on how they act on this sort of things.

These guys were able to get my details while I was asking for a refund on fruugo.com there is some association or comprise. Within hours of organizing a refund with fruugo I am getting text messages about a bank transaction and I need to go to BNZACCOUNTSECURITY.COM (FRAUDULENT BANK WEBSITE)

They host a scam website (personality.cc). I tried to report it via their Contact Us form, but the form itself turns out to be fake. Whatever one types in the Email field is rejected, and the security code is also always rejected.

All reputable hosting companies provide a simple way to report abuse. Not NiceNIC: you have to sign up for an account first, giving all your personal details.
Given the rest of the comments here, I think it's safe to say NiceNIC are a scam.
EDIT: Since I'm being asked for more info on threat of this review being removed..
This is NiceNIC's advice from their own website on how to report abuse: It says to send an email to abuse -at- nicenic.net however that email address *does not exist*!
They're either incompetent, or deliberately creating a system where it's impossible to report phishing abuse from domains they control.

Won't take down domains. Send them a screen grab of the scam and still ask for proof and documents. One of the worst for allowing scams and frauds. Funny thing is, they'd make more money if they killed the domains as they generally just make more.

Russian scammers are using this website to register their domains for their chat bots that are trying to scam people out of money. Domains such as viewers.shop and mystrm.store are registered via their services with the soul purpose of hosting illegal services affecting Twitch, Youtube and other streaming platforms. They do not at any point attempt to resolve any claims coming through via the official lines of reporting (as per ICANN guidelines) which has allowed these scam websites to thrive. Do not use them, simple as that.
