I placed my first order with NiceOne and I am so happy with the products received. I ordered Dr Althea 345 cream and Cerave blemish control cleanser and I can confirm it is 100% origional. I have no issue with the product quality but i only wish they have a helpline in english language and they make it easy for a customer to use customer services platforms. They need to improve their shipping services.

Its fake!! I order some items and paid with credit card, its deducted but there is no order record in the app. I sent email and they said, the payment has been declined. And then I called the Bank its said that has been approved. Its confused!! My order is nothing and my money is gone!!

The smell of the perfume is not that strong, it will never last more than an hour. moreover, It caused me an allergy and they sold me Montblanc Individuel which is I think stopped producing by Montblanc.
