Don’t use this company as they have taken my payment and I’ve not received anything . Scam

Ordered a rug of this company came packed in black plastic with no delivery note. The rug had been folded up and the creases are horrible. Have tried rolling it up dozens of times and still no joy there are bald patches along the creases so you can see the white base material instead of the red rug ! I have asked five times for a returns label and they have deflected every time. Their last reply was that it’s like clothes that I should wash the rug to get the wrinkles out. These are not wrinkles these are crease that might only come out with a heavy duty steamer. I didn’t expect to have to wait two weeks to see if the rug goes to its normal shape and not to be told that I should steam clean it to get it back to its original shape. Stay well clear of this company.

We had placed an order and it took slightly longer to arrive then promised (no prior tracking info sent and website said store temporarily closed so had been rather concerned). But the rug had just arrived today and really pleased with the quality and design, which was totally different to anything else we could find. Our son is delighted. Thank you!
