This whole brand is a scam. Ordered a plush back in April and it still has not arrived. They never responded to my emails and blocked me on Instagram when I called them out for scamming. This brand needs to be taken down and stopped from taking peoples hard earned money.

It’s a scammmmm I didn’t get my order and it’s been 5 months

Absolutely awful customerservice/experience. Placed a order with three longsleeved t shirts. Havent Got Any information regarding my order, which i purchased at the 29th of january. Today it is the 3rd of march. Horrible communication.

I had the worst experience with this company. {Long story short: No customer service and never received anything I ordered!} I ordered a sweater on the first of November (2019). I got an order confirmation saying I should receive my order within 3-4 weeks. I did not get a shipping confirmation and once the fifth week came around I contacted them but got no response. By December I sent multiple emails that did not get replied to. I ended up spamming and DMing them on Instagram and I finally got a response. I was told things changed in the company so orders would take a bit more time. This was understandable but it would have been better if customers were informed about the delay. A week after I got an email saying my order would ship within the week. Of course, it never did and again I tried contacting them through email several times only to once get a quick response that was not reassuring. Again I contacted them through DM, the person running their Insta was angry saying I shouldn't contact them there but via email and I explained no one responded to my emails. It was very clear at that point I was never going to get the sweater and they would not provide any form of compensation. They kept pushing the time for when orders would be shipped. I demanded a refund via DMs (because again they do not respond to emails) and I did get refunded for the whole order.
