The shipping was very fast. Unfortunately, I received the wrong product. After contacting customer service, I was promptly sent the correct product. I was allowed to keep the wrongly sent product. I especially love the acnemy and transparent Lab products. They are so effective

I've been purchasin on Niche twice, always finding the best products at the outmost convenient prices. The shipping time follows what's written on the website policies and all the products are well packed.

The customer service is super fast and kind.
Although the second time I had a little trouble with shipping costs billing (it happens even to the best ones) they sent me back not only the fastest and gentle response, but also the sudden expected refund.
