10 days after purchase the company didn’t send my order. It’s confirmed it’s still in their warehouse. Unacceptable. Emailed and nothing , just “be patient”.

Bad customer service, no item
I ordered on 29th December and on 30th I got an email about a dispatch, telling me the tracking may take 24 hours to update. To date, the item still hasn’t been actually dispatched according to tracking. I messaged the company on 3rd January about this and to date got nowhere, they are blaming everyone but themselves and haven’t helped me. So I still don’t have the item and no clue if I’ll ever receive it. It was a gift, I was upset and so was the recipient. Very bad.

Beside great products they also have very useful customer service. I've been ordering from them for a while now ( been very satisfied with products and delivery) but my last black friday order unfortunately got lost. Their customer service offered me a refund but I really wanted products that I've ordered so they've managed to send me a new order. I definitely recommend and will continue shopping with them. You just have to be persistant and patient to find out what happened with your order and customer service will do the best to help you.

1 month - no package
This is a changed review now. I have placed my first order and waited for it more than a month. When checking out the tracking number with DHL, the shipping status was constantly the same - not saying it's on its way. So I sent a complaint, asking what was going on with the parcel. It took a while to get an answer, but they told me it seemed the package was lost. So they placed another one and sent it again and I got it after a good week (from Spain to Slovenia). So, while I was pissed in the beginning, I now see that it was simply lost the first time and you just can't do anything about it. I am glad we solved this problem fast and do encourage those who are waiting for their parcel for suspiciously too long, to just reach out to customer service and check what's going on. I've seen many people complain about not getting the package for weeks, even a month and a half. While it's an inconvenience, I am glad they solved the problem quickly (after I complained). I cannot give a review about the products yet, because I just got them today. :)

I'm so in love with Niche products and also their customer service.
I order often and delivery is super fast, even though it's from Spain.
Also the customer service is fast and helps you with your questions. I ordered while black week, and the shipment took a little bit longer as usual (what's normal!), but I was not sure if they got my order, so mariona helped me and gave me a fast reaction.
I can recommend the products very very much!!

Never received my order
I placed my order on the 7th of November. Now (1 month later), I still did not receive anything. They come up with various and changing excuses but still I dont think I will every receive my order or will get my money back. Avoid this company.
Terrible experience
Terrible experience! Avoid this company!
I ordered two serums, and it was stated that they would be delivered within 3–4 days. However, I received nothing even after 10 days. I contacted customer support, and it took them 3 days to reply. They said they were busy with orders but claimed they had already sent my parcel and provided a tracking number.
I waited another 3 days, but the tracking system showed that my parcel hadn’t even been shipped. I immediately wrote to them again and asked for a refund, but they are not responding.
I’m very upset about losing my money. Please be cautious with this company

Best costumer service I ever had! I have been ordering at niche beauty lab for a few years, love their products bit mostly their costumer service is amazing! I had trouble with my orders two times and times the service was quick, easy and uncomplicated. The team is very nice and the company has a personal way of communicating, which I love. Will always be happy to order again! Keep it up!

I wish I had done my research before ordering
I wish I had done my research before ordering from this company. Terrible customer service. Spend your money at a company that doesn’t do shady business practices. They agreed to let me return products that pilled badly. I sent the package with their label thru UPS but received a call that UPS cannot complete the shipment as there is no customs paperwork. I was unable to create a customs invoice myself online because it shows myself as the seller which is incorrect. Waste of $90USD. Niche Beauty was well aware that this would happen when only sending me the shipping label. UPS said they could have created the customs invoice when making the label. They have also ignored my emails to fix my return issue. I had also in the meantime bought another product that was back in stock before I was aware I had an issue with my return. When I ran into issues with my return, I repeatedly asked for the shipment to be cancelled since it had not shipped, but my emails were ignored. I will never again give one dollar to this company and I will make sure that others in the YouTube community where I heard about this company are well aware of my issues.

I received a damaged parcel and some of the products fell out during transport.
They were kind enough to replace the products that were missing.

Nice Beauty has cancelled two of my orders with zero explanation. I had one successful order and then placed another one. It was cancelled. Their customer support didn't respond for over a week with an explanation, of which there wasn't one. Then my next order was cancelled with no notification. Waste of time to order from this company.
