Missing panels, no completion of order!
The company sent us 3 panels out of a 5 panel picture and refused to send the missing ones or refund us. What a con! That too after endless calls and emails to them. I would never buy from them again. No point having beautiful pictures is you only get part of them!!
They claim I never helped them resolve this. That is a lie. I sent them pictures and told them which panels were missing. However they said I was too late. It is a shame such a large company would not spend a few dollars sending me the 2 replacement panels. I can provide all the emails I sent on request. I still have the box and the panels, if they want to actually help out. But I can guarantee they don't, as I wasted 6 months chasing them.

This customer already left a bad review on Feb 07 2021 Reference number TSS153761 over a month after the original purchase.
The original purchase was on Dec 1st 2021 more than one year ago.
Back then they never worked with us by providing pictures of the package or the bar code on the canvas.
It is against the rules to leave a double review for a single transaction.

We ALWAYS send a replacement if there is any defect or missing part on our products.
This review is flagged and reported to TP for review.

Still waiting for my refund. I absolutely loved my first purchase, but having issues with my second purchase, which I returned. Not at all happy with their return policy. It’s disgusting.

A splash of bright bold colors
While the canvas was exactly as I had hoped it would be - and beautiful - the delivery wasn’t great. It took far longer than what I expected and the tracking wasn’t very helpful; however, the customer service always replied to ensure me it was in transit. It didn’t help lessen the waiting time and I thought for sure it would arrive probably banged up, but great care was taken to ensure it withstood the delivery process. Very well wrapped.
