Greetings. As explained, the batch codes may sometimes be hidden off by the distributor before coming to us as they want to protect their identity due to them selling to us outside of their contract region with the brand.

Upon checking, I can confirm that your item has been prepared and is currently awaiting FedEx pickup today. As you may know from previous purchases, we typically dispatch orders by the next working day.

However, your order was placed during the Eid holiday period, which included both public holidays and the weekend, resulting in a 4-day closure. During this time, courier services were also on holiday.

A notice was placed on our checkout page prior to your order, informing customers that there would be delays in dispatch during the Eid season. All new orders were scheduled for processing once operations resumed.

This is a common confusion due to the name of their shop "The Niche Gallery" which is similar to our website nichegallerie.com.
