Absolutely appalled with the customer service we have received from Nick Scali.
We raised concerns from the beginning regarding the sofa dimensions and layout, yet were still sold the wrong sofa due to unclear diagrams and poor staff guidance. After initially being told this would be resolved and the correct sofa could be exchanged, management completely changed their stance.
What made the situation even worse was the behaviour of the manager, who attempted to guilt trip us out of making a complaint by bringing up personal information about another employee’s private life and foster children situation. This was extremely inappropriate, unprofessional and completely unrelated to the issue we raised.
Customers should not be made to feel guilty for raising legitimate concerns, especially after spending a significant amount of money. The handling of this entire situation has been disappointing from start to finish.

I purchased a sofa from the Cheltenham
Branch and was impressed with the service up to sales by Frank who was very helpful. Unfortunately it’s downhill after that post sales service . One of the sofa was not put together properly and took a lot of time and effort on my part to get it sorted and I refused to pay for a visit . I am still waiting on the correct booklet and instructions for the sofa which is important for future . My email to the store has not been acknowledged. It is clear to be that it falls down by customer service dept who are difficult to contact . Would I buy anything else from them, probably not as I do feel after sales is just as important.

Just placed an order with Richard at the Coventry Branch.
Visited the store twice before making a decision, he was very very helpful with us even when we were being very indecisive.
Knew his stuff and answered all our questions. The store is 1 of 4 furniture shops and we found NickScali to be miles ahead of the competitors. Lay out and designs of the Furniture were top notch and pricing on par with the competitors too.
Would certainly give them a go if you’ve never been!

Elliot in the Colchester store was brilliant.
Ordered my sofa from him and he took the sofa apart and made a different set up to make sure I was happy with how it looked.
I don't have the sofa yet but very happy with the service and I hope it comes in as nice as the one on store.

I viewed a sofa bed at Nick Scali Milton Keynes, Warrick who is the manager of the store was the one who took my sale of a sofa bed. While looking at the sofa bed and speaking about the product he missold information to me which he should not have.
He was asked if the sofa is bolted together, to which he replied it was, that when it’s delivered it would come in two pieces and bolted together. I took this as honest information and purchased the sofa bed.
The sofa was delivered and came in two pieces but is not bolted at all. I called the store and spoke with Sunny, the assistant manager to Warrick, who at the time was very apologetic and wanted to help with my complaint and stated he would look into it, that Warrick was way in Singapore on holiday, that he would try and sort my issue. I was upset at the fact that Warrick told me entirely the wrong information about the sofa bed.
Sunny called me back with an update and promised to call me the following Thursday after making enquiries of what Warrick told me when purchasing the sofa bed.
No one called me on that Thursday, they got their money and couldn’t give a dam about my complaint. I called the store today and spoke with Warrick himself, only for him to deny that he misled and missold me the sofa bed. I ask for compensation but he refused point blank.
Nick Scali doesn’t care about their customers nor do they have a decent customer service. I was promised that this issue would be sorted. Sunny who calls himself an assistant manager didn’t even have the decency to call me back with an update on my complaint.
They got their money and washed their hands of any responsibility of the fact that I was misled and missold goods.
I would never recommend this store or their customer service and most of all that rude jumped manager Warrick, who could do with a few lessons in charm school. If I could mark them a ZERO I would!!!!!! 😠

Absolutely shocking experience with Nickscali Croydon.
We were told our dining table would arrive no later than 28th April, and we are STILL waiting with no table and no proper resolution.
After weeks of delays, we tried to cancel the order after being told the warehouse had changed, then later being told they had changed couriers. Every time we contacted them, the story changed. No return of calls time after time from manager as promised.
When we asked to cancel, we were told we couldn’t and that we should “read the contract we signed.” To make matters worse, after already spending what we consider a lot of money on a dining table, we were then told we also had to pay a £150 delivery charge, which we were not told during purchase. And after reading reviews seems common practice.
We were eventually told that if we still wanted to cancel, we would lose our deposit as well.
Honestly, we are gobsmacked that a company of this size operates this way. The table was sold with sparkle, promises, and excellent sales talk, but the reality has been completely different.
Totally disappointed, extremely frustrated, and after all this time we STILL have no table 22/05/2026.
Doesnt take much to put honest hardworking customers first.
At this point, we just want a full refund.

We had a great experience at the lowestoft store . Staff are very helpful and don't bombard you the second you walk in . Jimmy was absolutely incredible ,we had gone in to have a look and walked out purchasing a new lounge suit. The only problem we had with the whole experience is that we never got any sweets 🤣Thanks Jimmy
