Good customer service!

Good customer service! i had an issue with my order(my fault) the team went above and beyond to fix this issue.

Total rubbish received a 5 litre bottle of nic salt smells funny tastes funny and is a darkish colour got in touch with them and they won't even replace 90.00 down the drain will you be picking up item why should I have to pay out to return item

Outstanding salt nic (72mg

Outstanding salt nic. Great customer service! It's always nice and clear, meaning it's pretty fresh; however, I don't mind a bit of oxidation, as it brings out the flavour, so the 1L I brought will oxidize by the time I go through it.

I had none 72mg Nic delivered to the wrong address. They instantly offered a refund or another one sent out so opted for another one.

Quality changed. Very poor.

Been a long term customer of Nic hub, but will be buying elsewhere now.
Last few batches have been pink in colour and smelled off.
Tastes like bleach or some other chemical

A shame as they were good previously, and hoped the last couple of bad ones were just one offs, but apparently not.

My advice, don't use em
Other suppliers with better quality and no issues

Had a very poor experiecne with nicotinehub. I received my order and it came a weird smelling type, smelt like detergent.

I asked if i could return it back to them, however i got no response through email. I've since gone elsewhere and had a much better experience with another company. it's a shame as i used to purchase quite a bit through there ebay account, but since they removed there sales from ebay, they have gone downhill.

Delivery

The minute i ordered, i realised it is going to the wrong address. The payment went through. Contacted nicotine hub. They asked for my new adress also i changed it on my profile. Then it went quiet. I ordered again. 2nd order was delivered to my new address, also 2 days later i received the original order to my new address.

Pink colour and strong smell

I’ve been ordering off nicotine hub for years with no issue but my last order of 72mg nicotine arrived a pink colour and had a strong smell to it.

I contacted them through the website with no reply and now when I’m trying to log back in I keep getting this message:

Poor BUT ISSUE RESOLVED

I received my nicsalt B to open the envelope to find the nicotine had gone brown. I put it down to oxidation and maybe best in the travelling of postage. But once mixed with ejuice there was a foul smell and taste coming from my vapour. I wasted just over 500ml of un usable vape juice now. I'm hoping they see my messages I've sent so I can get this issue resolved. If I manage to get in contact with them I will change this review.

EDIT: ISSUE RESOLVED AND ANOTHER NICOTINE IS ON ITS WAY TO ME.
