We did dispatch it on time and the tracking shows that Royal Mail attempted delivery the following day on Saturday 14th but there was no answer / nobody home. Great service- I had an ordered the wrong strength and Paul (a member of the nic pouches team) was very helpful and swapped them for me. I actually had a number of problems including wrong email address and he sorted that out and got my order confirmation to me.

I’ve ordered from Nic Pouches UK a few times now and I’ve been really happy with the service. The prices are usually better than what I find in shops, and there’s a good range of brands and strengths to choose from. My orders arrived quickly (next-day on two occasions), and everything was well-packed and fresh.
On one order a flavour I wanted was out of stock, but customer support got in touch straight away and offered an alternative or a refund, which I appreciated. Overall, reliable website, fast delivery, and good value — I’d happily order from them again.
