I used Auction system dominated by bots

I used this platform to try recovering a domain that previously belonged to me. The experience was disappointing and clearly not transparent. In the final minutes of the auction, every bid I placed was instantly outbid within a millisecond, always with the exact same reaction time. As someone working in IT, I immediately recognized typical automated bidding behavior: perfect timing, instant overbidding, and only the minimum needed to stay on top. This means the platform either allows or relies on automated bots, making it impossible for regular users to participate in a fair auction.

The result is an artificially inflated price and a process where automation wins, not genuine bidders. I requested the deletion of my account because I won’t use a system that operates this way. Anyone considering bidding here should be aware: this does not resemble an honest or transparent auction environment.

Not caught any domains for me

Similar to another reviewer, won three auctions so far and they haven't caught the domains. They should advertise their win percentage to better manage customer expectations.

Never actually catch a good domain

We've won bids so many times, but Nicsell is never able to catch the domain. Wasted a lot of time and energy in researching the domains. Very frustrating and disappointing!

Excellent service

Excellent service! I have bought a domain on auction with them!

There was an issue with the auth code for transferring the domain and they were very kind and did not settle until the issue was resolved!

Very good customer service and experience overall!

Highly recommend to anyone this company!
