I have purchased several products that have promised to work practically overnight with great results but unfortunately never lived up to my expectations. I purchased from you the exfoliating serum a few weeks ago and haven't stopped raving about it since my first application. I'm almost already out of it because I've been getting everyone to try it. Finally something actually does what it's advertised to do. Now they all want some so I now need to buy it in bulk. Thank you so much I'm hooked.

Communicative emails. No issues with products. Happy with the results so far and have completed a second order, again, no issues.

Very disappointed! Bought the moisturiser blue tube and the eye cream yellow tube. The eye cream lid fell to pieces already. The plastic just crumbled into pieces. Contacted customer services 3 times before getting a reply and they said because it was not damaged in transit tough basically!
Have been using the products for 3 weeks and have not seen a difference so far.
UPDATE 5 months later you reply below, so I email you as per your instructions and guess what, STILL NO REPLY!

Long-lasting moisture, very light cream and very pleasant on the face. I really like it.

After seeing numerous reels and adverts on SM for flawless skin and Botox effect products, i must say it did grab my attention. When I saw the 7 product deal advertised I decided there was only one way to find out how good they really are and purchased my first set.
I’ve struggled with my skin a lot lately, hormonal imbalance, large pores, breakouts etc… I can honestly say that after 1 use I noticed a difference in the appearance of my pores and complexion. My skin literally drank up the moisture and felt soft and smoothed. After 2 weeks my skin hasn’t never looked so good and I actually feel confident enough to go makeup free! My skin glows!
I guess everyone is different but I can only say my experience has been very positive and I’ll most certainly be buying again!

Products were very reasonably priced, but don’t work. The blackhead white rice serum says it’s supposed to “lift all the blackheads out your nose with the rubbing friction movement”, but the product is simply balling up and clumping instead of it being anything leaving your skin. Definitely not any blackheads being removed. Hasn’t improved blackheads at all, wouldn’t recommend.

I got the ultimate moisturizing cream and I love it! Now im waiting on the 7step rutine.
The cream ttake a while to go in but ones it does it really makes it soft . Been using it for two weeks now.

My previous order (see below) has been replaced with new bottles of serum. Much appreciated of you action and truly grateful for this. Complaint has been resolved satisfactory.

I ordered 1 bottle for whitened and 1 bottle of blackhead exfoliating serum, I received them very quick but unfortunately the 2 bottles are nearly empty. I contacted customer service and ask for photos, and they judged the content by photos. The dropper has nothing to suck in. I have to communicate 4 times with them and customer service experiences were very poor. Just VERY POOR SERVICE this time from me. Simple problem CAN'T BE RESOLVED. 23 Feb 2026

I emailed immediately after ordering to get my address updated alongside messaging on IG, FB AND TikTok. Note: I couldn't find a phone number ANYWHERE – convenient. I had typed in my new one and then something glitched with payment and it must have reverted to the old one by the time I hit pay again. Customer Service took hours to reply and told me it was too late and the order had been shipped. No shit, you took hours to reply. If someone can pack and send it, someone can reply to an email/DM. I also doubt the package has been picked up by a courier since the tracking doesn't display any results. Pretty disappointed in this company.

Skeptical in the beginning, but tried anyway 😊 and i was surprised to discover that this is a powerful rehydrateting face and neck cream . I bought Ultimate Moisturizing Cream and Revive eye cream wich is for eye,face and neck.
I'm very in to them.... quite addicting effect for skin in a good way.
You need to try it 😋

I was very skeptical when purchasing these products because of the hype on tik tok etc, but I must say, they really are fantastic products.
My skin has always been very dry and with a combination of products my skin looks brighter, fuller and all over healthier.
I wouldn't normally review products as most don't do what they say but this is really good

I cannot begin to say how great these products have made my skin look and feel! They definitely deliver what they say they can. I’m 70 years old and I certainly wish I would have known about these products long ago!!!

Im 46 and been using this product for 1 month, I love it. My skin feels amazing. I understand everyone's skin is different but it definitely works for me. I would suggest giving it a try as I think you would be pleasantly surprised.

Hmmn? Don't know why I got somewhat duped by the on-line frenzy by ultimately young woman with already flawless skin claiming Nida is something special. I'm near-on 65yrs of age & let's be honest ... the tide - even on a good day - is beyond ultimately what Nida promises it can achieve.
