Since I've joined I've never had a complaint with them.
I’ve used this for a good few years. I’ve had lots of gift cards and I find the surveys interesting. Giving 5 stars as it’s a really good way to earn cash or gifts.
I didn't sign up for this my grandmother did, it's a great thing to want and to have but to subject other people to it pisses me off. It's no one's fault I'm just saying maybe tell with the other person in the house what's to come of it before even going through with this i hate that I have to press a stupid button every 30 min I didn't want this she did jesus

great app for earning i use it every month to do surveys and make gift cards thats why i give this app a 5 star
I stayed with the app on both my phone and laptop for about a year. My experience was not good. Web browsers on both devices started having page loading problems almost immediately. Multiple emails to tech support generated stock responses, none of which fixed the issues. After almost a year of participating, I was finally able to claim my reward: Two prepaid debit cards totalling $20 ($10 each). These were eCards and could only be redeemed for online purchases. And they could not be used for partial payments. I uninstalled the apps on both devices and sent them an email today.

Highly recommend, I ve had no issue's in the two years I ve been a member, like another review said 1 token for taking a survey seems not much although they have started giving 5 tokens a month now for nothing.

Nielson has been removed and reported as abuse from my computer more than twenty (20) times. What crap, garbage is this? I never signed up for this spam. Nielson appears to have a horrible reputation. Do yourself a favor and do not sign up for this.

I have an ongoing dispute with the old Sorerewards system. No reply despite many emails to CEO
Pointed this out to this team and they then simply closed my account despite telling them the position.
It is impossible to earn enough credits to cash out, I deleted my account and removed it from my pc; it's not worth your data or privacy for very little incentive to be a member for over 2 years.

They keep harassing me with emails and phone calls, despite the fact that I asked them to delete my account. I decided to stop using it because I forgot for some weeks to look shoppings and they were calling me every day. They are so annoying

I have been with these for over 10 years now ever since they’ve changed the password that you’ve got to do every three months I’ve had nothing but issues so I have not logged in for over a year. I get the associate on the phone to help me login, which she does, then we put the phone down not realising that I needed another stupid code so I could get into the catalogue which now they’ve blocked me and blocked me now I’ve received an email telling me they’re closing my account? I didn’t think the customer service could get any worse but you don’t expect someone to close your account and tell you only got 90 days to use any of your points which obviously are not enough to use for the voucher. What a waste of time . I wish their security protocol would be better fixed because every time I try and login it block me and then I can’t get in so I have to ring them to get in not realising that I would have to ring up again obviously I’ve already had a migraine and quite annoyed so I didn’t wanna ring up straight away after putting the phone down to say oh you’ve blocked me out again and now you’ve blocked me and now you’ve closed my account.!
