Enjoyed to process from start to finish. The doors where delivered on time and the quality was excellent.

I appreciate how simple the ordering process was (the hardest part is measuring) and the fact that they offer assistance and confirmation of your specs. I had a few questions after my order was placed and they were still immediately responsive. Overall, I found them to be helpful at every turn, quick to ship, and able to provide exactly what I asked for. I'd highly recommend if you're a beginner or pro who needs custom cabinetry.

Very passive and not friendly customer service or it's just the person I'm working with. Not responding to emails and when I talk to her she just responds with short answers; no solutions, no willing to work or sell...

Beautiful quality doors. The ordering process was smooth, the customer support was incredibly helpful and thorough. They answered all my questions and helped navigate the requirements to make sure I had ordered all the filler pieces I needed. I'm very happy I went with them! I'm still putting the final touches on our kitchen, but all the doors are installed and look amazing!

I'd been wanting some cabinet fronts that I'd seen at IKEA, but I did not have their frameless cabinet system. I'd given up on my hope of owning them until I found the Nieu website. I figured that if they provided fronts for IKEA cabinets that I may find something similar to fit mine, and I was right! I got painted slab cabinet fronts that were exactly like the ones I wanted from IKEA. The finish is absolutely flawless, too! My husband is a former carpenter, so measuring, ordering and installation were easy for him. We even re-used our original hardware with no issues. I'm so glad I went with Nieu!

The customer service experience was excellent. Although the quality of the cabinet wood seemed to be more condensed rather than natural, it ultimately served its purpose well. I chose to buy the raw cabinets and had them professionally painted black, which has turned out positively so far. While I'm unsure about the longevity of the cabinets, the finished kitchen looks fantastic.

There was a minor issue with two of the doors, but the customer service was swift and efficient in sending me the correct ones. Based on this experience, I would definitely recommend this company and would consider purchasing from them again.

Nieu was such a pleasure to work with. Our cabinet doors/drawer faces arrived a week early, everything was packaged so well. There was one drawer face that had some scratches, Nieu immediately sent a replacement that arrived in 3 weeks.

I would definitely use Nieu again.

We were impressed with the quality of the cabinet doors. The process was very smooth, from ordering, to shipping and installing. The doors are so easy to clean and feel very sturdy. We are very pleased.

I was hesitant to order doors online. Joey was great. I had ordered the wrong drawer fronts and they proactively reached out to confirm before starting production. The doos came when promised and everything fit correctly. I refaced and old 1980’s kitchen with modern shaker doors at a fraction of the price of hiring someone. If you’re a little bit handy, this is a relatively easy project. My kitchen looks fresh and new!

We love our new doors! We had a bit of a complicated custom order and they came in perfectly for our contractors. So far the paint hasn't chipped or scratched and we've had them since April. They get used pretty hard and cleaned often. We're very happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone!
