The team is great! Very responsive and everything fits perfectly. We spent a half hour on with support in the beginning of the project to make sure we were measuring correctly. They broke it down and walked us through the first few measurement to make sure we understood the process.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company and its customer service. I replaced just the doors on my 90's kitchen cabinets because they looked terribly dated and were difficult to clean. I painted them once a decade ago, but was tired of the color.....so the decision was made to replace them completely. The new doors are modern and simple, and perfect! I did not replace the drawers, as they were not offensive. However, I am planning to replace the drawer fronts and boxes in the future and when the time comes, I will happily come back to Nieu for them!
I ordered my doors primed and I sanded and painted them myself (I wanted a custom color) to keep costs down. The cost was quite reasonable considering the high quality of the product and the shipping from Canada to the US. They arrived in perfect condition, packaged with the utmost care and attention to detail.
I arranged a complimentary Zoom consultation with customer service prior to placing my order because I have never replaced cabinet doors before and I had several questions about my specific situation. A lovely fellow by the name of Tom answered all of my questions and cleared up any confusion. He was so friendly, patient, and knowledgeable! After speaking with him and watching the super helpful videos on the website, I felt pretty confident that I could manage this job on my own. Well, I did, and the new doors are beautiful! The process of buying Nieu fronts was daunting. I had never done it before. It's difficult to work over the phone. And I was spending a lot of money on a custom product. My salesperson Julia made all the difference.
She was friendly and articulate in discussing my plans over the phone. She knows the product and went through every detail with me. The product shipped on time and arrived as scheduled. I love the panels and fronts! My kitchen looks completely custom, fresh and updated.

Everything fit and looked great. Everything arrived packed well and was knick and scratch free. The paint finish was great. Everything fit our Ikea cabinets like it should. One adjustment that I had to make was the drawer slide position from the Ikea instructions...but I got it to work.
