Regarding the Jelly Cream, we understand that fragrance can be a very personal preference, especially for those with sensitive skin. While many customers enjoy the light scent, we recognize that it may not be suitable for everyone, and we appreciate you sharing your perspective.

As for the Bio Collagen Masks, we're sorry they didn't deliver the results you were hoping for. Our masks are intentionally designed with a thinner hydrogel material that gradually delivers the active ingredients into the skin over the wear time, rather than relying on excess leftover essence. This gives the hydrogel time to properly adhere to the skin as it begins to absorb the essence. We also recommend applying the mask to clean, dry skin and avoiding skincare products that leave an oily residue beforehand, as this can sometimes affect how well the mask stays in place.
