Bought a Barbour jacket online. Arrived within 2 days. Unfortunately it didn’t fit so I sent the jacket back and I have now been refunded all within the same week. Can’t fault that kind of service!

Great experience ordering online

Excellent customer service and communication when I had a question, really fast dispatch and delivery, plus a great range of stock with easy checkout process.

REFUSED TO REFUND POSTAGE FOR DEFECTIVE SHOES

I took photos of the shoes. The leather was warped on one side. I returned them and they refunded the price I paid but then refused to refund the postage costs. They then stopped replying to my emails. I am now out of pocket and experienced needless stress and waste of time and energy. Order #268312.

Happy first time customer

This is the first time I've purchased from this company, I always check here first and saw that they got great reviews. I can confirm, they are correct!
Nice easy transaction, delivered very quickly, also very nicely presented, making what could be a dull internet shopping experience that little bit special.
