Bought a Barbour jacket online. Arrived within 2 days. Unfortunately it didn’t fit so I sent the jacket back and I have now been refunded all within the same week. Can’t fault that kind of service!

Exceptional service.
The speed at which I received my order was remarkable. The packaging was beautifully wrapped up and the trainers were exactly what I ordered. It was the first time shopping with Nigel Clare, however, given my first experience I will 100% use them again. A top service all round.

Great Online Shopping Experience
Purchased a Gilet online via the Nigel Clare website which was the cheapest against all other retailers. In addition, received a 10% promo as a new member which made it a bargain.
Was really impressed with the whole experience as it took a few days to receive the item which i was very pleased to see the Gilet packaged very meticulously in a suit bag. I was really impressed by the thought and care given and even placed the invoice in a thank you card/envelope (its the little things that make all the difference).
I salute Nigel Clare as an independent fashion store who did not for one second think about cutting any corners to save costs and posted it through a well established courier. Initially, i would have preferred free delivery but for the sake of paying £3.95 well worth it.
Keep up the great work and if i am ever in the vicinity of your physical stores will most definitely be paying a visit.

I ordered a Parajumper Gilet but…
I ordered a Parajumper Gilet but unfortunately managed to order the wrong size. I immediately phoned and spoke to a guy called Mark to explained. He said he would look into it and call me back. Within 20 minutes he called and informed me the correct size was being sent out. Amazing service.
