Accidentally ordered a £200 TV when…

Accidentally ordered a £200 TV when checking for my mother if this selling site was a scam. Immediately requested a cancellation and got an email reply saying they'd cancel and return funds in 10 working days at most. Two weeks later, no TV, no refund and no further replies to emails.
Note they show they have a 4.5 trust pilot score on their site. They do not.
Note also the peculiar spelling of Night Grooves in their site URL. It's night-groovees. An extra e.
