Ordered a nylon tracksuit from the sale, which was reduced to a decent price, it came very fast which is good, but...
XL jacket (there biggest size) fits like an XS
And because I knew pants from there were too big last time I ordered XS in the pants, so they were skinnier, but the XL fit more like a Large,
So there fitting is very backwards and unreliable on the sizing, and the quality felt like a thin tent and I could easily tear it in two with ease!!!

Excellent customer service
Night addict mistakenly sent me an XS hoodie when I had ordered a small. However, Nicole was quick to rectify the issue. She had a new small hoodie sent out to me as quickly as she could and told me to keep the XS and donate it to a charity or gift it to someone. Having had some bad customer service interactions recently, this was extremely refreshing. Massive thank you to Nicole who handled the matter swiftly and efficiently. I shall definitely be a returning customer!

I had a fault that was resolved so quick
I had a fault with the string of my new hoodie, so I decided to contact customer support. I was met with a lovely person called Nicole who has sent out another hoodie to compensate me for this fault. I could not fault her for her troubles, she was in fact a star and had the most amazing mannerism. Honestly this company needs to give her a bonus or something.
