Do not buy off this company at shows or events as they will refuse to offer any refund. I recently purchased a thermal monocular from the 2024 shooting show at the NEC. During the show I asked their Sales Manager if the monocular would identify deer species at around 400 to 500 yards, to which I was told yes. When I got it home it didn't and the image at this distance was grainy and pixilated, therefore was not fit for purpose. The company refuse to offer a refund stating that anything purchased off premises is not covered by their returns policy. I have now referred this to Trading Standards.
