I own both the Viper and a PVS14; the Viper is a solid digital starter, while the 14's clean tube, accurate QC sheet, smooth gain, and reliable autogating are on another level. I still can't find where they cut corners, especially at this price.

Product as promised

Read all the horror stories about blem tubes from other sellers before ordering, so my expectations were braced for disappointment. My PVS-14 came with maybe one tiny pepper spot at the very edge, invisible unless you go hunting for it. Whatever they are doing at QC, it is working.

Bought the VIPER first, then the HEAT, now the bridge kit. Every piece has shown up on time and worked out of the box, which after three orders is a pattern, not luck. everything plays together like it should.

My experience with Night Operators has been overwhelmingly positive. Their professionalism is evident in every interaction, with clear communication, genuine courtesy, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Even when a small discrepancy arose, the way it was addressed truly demonstrated the character and professionalism of the company. Everything was handled with attentiveness, respect, and a sincere desire to ensure that I was completely satisfied.

Night operators really surprised me when I ordered i thought it was a yk standard digital tube but I was very wrong it’s a fantastic tube and it works great with setups and I had some shipping issues but the ironed it out quickly and efficiently I will definitely buy again from night Operators

I purchased the Heat / Viper bridge set first. I was very satisfied with how quickly it arrived, the quality of the kit / attachments and how well the product worked. Exactly as advertised so far. Is it Military or "Professional" quality, of course not. That is why it is 1/10th the price. However, it is worth every penny I paid. I believe the price is a great match for what I received. This set is a very good step into the Night Vision world. I thank you for putting this out there. I have already ordered a PVS-14 from you and eagerly await it's arrival. Very interested in the Clip On Thermal you are working on as well. Keep up the great work. Thanks.

The tube in my PVS-14 was noticeably dimmer than my friends unit from the same store. support is working with me on it, will update if resolved.

Got my order and it was everything it said it was. But when it came to tracking the order it was sub par other than that im happy with what i got

Invest in their quality control to not send out units that are DOA. They need to actually get a customer support line that responds. Cause they request a 24 hour windows to inform that its faulty, but cant respond in 5 days time and still waiting.

Easy to order, but the fulfillment updates really are the best part of the process. They tell you at every step what is happening, what is next, and general timelines. Great communication and great quality service.
