Grate business and reliable. From the moment of site visit, to work being carried out. Nightshift had i coverd. Management were very conscious and knowledgeable. The workmanship is consistent and done properly with the results speaking for themselves.

This company were called as an emergency via (LA ) accommodation. after waiting in half the day i went outside, to find the contractor had been and gone without bothering to knock my door and come into my home to inspect for mice or rats, provide advice and put down bait. Instead he lifted a cellar man hole cover in the garden which he did not close properly and left 1 rat trap in the garden and left. I called the conpany and was told the order was for a communal area when i question this as incorrect the company changed the order to external communal. The contractor also said he knocked the door which is also incorrect. There are rats or mice nesting in the wall cavities of my home and seem to have come from a flat above. This company did not inspect the issue ,did not inspect my home for any entry points, droppings etc and in my opinion are incompetent and have placed the whole 3 flats at risk of fire hazard because the rodents are in the wall cavities which i had explained to them. and they refused to tell the contractor to return and inspect properly and are happy with a rat trap in the front garden. AVOID
