Quality beds and quality service
Nights in Iron certainly came to my rescue and took time and trouble to achieve getting 2 single beds with mattresses that zip together to form one king size bed and double bed up spiral staircase to 2 attic bedrooms in my Tudor cottage and accommodated sloping roof with footer as headboard and low end as footer. Also delivered and installed so I could go live renting out cottage for holiday let’s .. Beds haven’t disappointed in any level .. full marks!

Poor customer after sales service
The two beds we purchased are very well made and we are pleased with them, but the mattress we were convinced was of top quality and I had a face to face personal guarantee from the company owner that the mattress would be perfect for us. But when we found it to be far too firm after only two nights trying to sleep on it, we made several attempts to contact nights in iron, leaving phone, mobile phone texts and many messages left with their office about the issue and requesting assistance! All have been ignored! Which is a great disappointment as the bed frames are good, the mattress recommended is far too firm and the customer after sales service is very poor.

We're glad you feel the beds are well made and are pleased with them.
We recommend that mattresses are tested in our showroom where possible as they are not returnable once used, for health and hygiene reasons. We appreciate that you did make the time to come and try the mattresses and select one for yourself. We can only say how sorry we are that you felt it was not the right choice for you later.
We've been suppling our mattresses for many years, without issue and are confident in their quality and comfort, but we understand that personal preferences do vary, which is why we offer a varied range with differing spring count, firmness and toppings etc.
I'm sorry you did not get a satisfactory response to your earlier messages from the office - sometimes we miss a call or text, however we always endeavour to respond to emails promptly and this is the most reliable way to be in contact with us.

We love our 4 poster bed
We love our 4 poster bed, it needs at least two people to put it together, but once up it has been a great buy and looks great in our house.

Bed frame was delivered on time without problems, and is a nicely made item that looks great. Only a single negative.... including a couple of spare slat mounting clips would have been handy, as one snapped when been assembled. Be careful!
