No show or no contact with company
I purchased a lounge set on January 25. I was informed that the order would be delayed until February. I have not received an update since as to when I am likely to receive it. I contacted customer services three times to enquire about my order but apart from an auto response have had no proper communication from the company as of March 1. I have paid £33 for an item which shows no sign of being delivered and can’t seem to make any contact to request a refund.
