Quick and clear delivery. Good quality.

Simply the worst company I have ever dealt with. Placed an order in May 2025. Months go by. Delivery stuck in customs. Logisitic company they use is beyond useless. They promised a refund. Its now Nov 2025 and no refund paid. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY with these cowboys

I have repeatedly contacted your company – last email on 8 November and guess what NO RESPONSE. So not clear to me how you can say you resolve issues promptly and make refunds when they are due. Clearly more nonsense.

The quality of the photos as sold on their website to be used for the prints is very low. When printing as a door sticker or a wall paper, the pixels are very visible which creates a grain like effect. I really don't like it. Maybe others do but they advertise "very sharp images" which is definitely not the case.

Secondly when you filter on "photo" on their website and order, you will see that the image is clearly AI generated. That's wrong on so many levels..

And thirdly, the glue used on the door sticker is fine for attaching to the door but it will let go in the corners and you need to reattach several times. You can use tape to apply pressure for a long time but if you didn't expect this, the corner on the hinge side of the door will fold when closing the door.

Fourthly, their customers service to respond, but not fast to solve the issue. 1 week later and my complaints are not dealt with. The current status is "we are waiting for an expert to review the pictures".

Fast delivery and good quality wall paper.

After waiting for a second print because the first one was incorrect, now I find that there's only one unit of selfadhesive wallpaper when I ordered two and the one that I've received has a white line without the pattern. I was going to stick them to the backs of a pair of bookshelves that I can't assemble until I have the right ones.
Very, very disappointed and I chose this webshop instead of another one because the good reviews...

The quality of the wallpaper is good, but the resolution of the photo is is appointing. I ordered 'fotobehang' from their assortiment, not my own photo. So it should be sharp enough for a wall, or there should be some kind of a warning that if the size extends some proportions, the picture won't be sharp anymore. I wouldn't order it if I new that it will come out like this.

Poster printing colour is not very good quality. Autumn forest theme. leaves in the website picture looked much more realistic than in poster at home.

Also poster came little wavy what makes it very difficult to hang it without a frame (can not get well fixed to wall) = I need to purchase a big picture frame to be able to hang it, otherwise you see it waved. Came delivered not well rolled.

I have to say that your service was unaccountable. Firstly the picture was sent to Belgium, while I live in the Netherlands. The lack of service was absolutely infuriating and after waiting for more than a month I requested a refund and to cancel my order, without any reply. After waiting for more than one and a half month I got an email that the picture was on the way, even though I had several times canceled it and requested refund. All in all it took close to 2 months to get the picture, which is far from the service standards you advise on your website. I will not be buying anything more from you. Sincerely hope you get your service in order..
